April 23rd: SGRS kicks off with a Welcome Reception from 6-8PM on Monday evening, open to all registered attendees, exhibitors and VIP guests. Kick back and relax while interacting with Smart Grid professionals from host utility Progress Energy as well as exhibitors, consulting firms, regulatory agencies and an array of others from across the industry landscape. (We're also expecting a contingent of international visitors from around the globe, making this one of the most eclectic and geographically diverse SGRS events to date!)
April 24th: Things really get rolling on Day One of the conference with morning Keynotes and a midday Luncheon Panel complemented by 4 Presentation Tracks, panel sessions and plenary sessions that are filled with information about business futures, new and emerging technology solutions, and a diverse panorama of Smart Grid and Grid Transformation initiatives. Immediately following the final sessions of the day, our much-complimented Networking Reception brings together Attendees, Speakers, Sponsors, Exhibitors and VIP guests for an early evening of top-notch refreshments, snacks and interesting conversation in a relaxed atmosphere.
April 25th: Day 2 brings another interactive breakfast Keynote, an interesting and informative Luncheon Panel, and wraps up with a Closing Finale in the Exhibits area, complete with drinks, snacks and camaraderie for all participants just prior to heading home.
Exhibition: Mix and mingle with leading suppliers of products, systems and services targeted to virtually every dimension of Smart Grid and Grid Transformation. And don't worry, you'll never have to choose between sessions and exhibits at SGRS events since session and exhibit times NEVER overlap!
